When it arrives
Orders dispatch in 1–2 days and usually arrive in 4–6 days. Orders placed by 11:59 pm on 1 Nov ship in time to arrive before Diwali; orders from 2 Nov arrive after Diwali. Remote PIN codes can take 1–2 days longer. Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels.

Arrived broken or faulty
Record an unboxing video as you open the parcel. If anything is broken or doesn't work, email the video to . We'll send a free replacement.

Is COD available?
Yes. Choose UPI, card or cash on delivery at checkout.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email the unboxing video and we'll send a free replacement.
Why did one order come in two parcels?
Lights ship straight from different suppliers' warehouses to your home, so sometimes an order becomes two parcels.
